Dr Gregory House is *gasp* physically in the clinic.
He does not want to deal with patients. That does not mean he won't get any.
He's currently eyeing the duct taped trash can that was left earlier with a note. There's a live gremlin in the can, the donor suggested using it for antivenom. House has a feeling he's going to need more than one live speciman to get enough antivenom to service the
fandomhigh population. But it's a start.
He's just not in the mood to deal with it.
He'd thought moving to
fandomhigh would be a wonderful opportunity to make a new start and reinvent himself. When Lisa showed up, he felt some measure of comfort in having someone from home around. Someone he knew well and could trust and count on and all that good stuff Hosue is so loathe to do. With one exception. Not that it matters. Wilson isn't around, an he's trying not to think about Wilson was he mindlessly tosses his Lacrosse ball in the air, catching it effortlessly.
All in all,he's pleased with hs clinic staff, although some applicants have yet to show up at all. ([OOC: Note to all clinic assistans. If you have, for whatever reason decided *not* to be clinic assistants, please inform Dr House so that he can remove you from the roster.]
In any case, Dr House is in the clinic. He does not want to be bothered, and yet he is there to be bothered. Have at. Just do *not* try to lift drugs on his watch, unless you are willing to pay the price. This notice appears outside the clinic entrance.

Do burns really hurt six days later? I don't care, I'm milking this.no subject
"More what?" He asks, his face blank and bored-looking.

aka_vala's underwear and singing showtunes. I need painkillers! *ow*no subject
"Sign in, and I'll get to you when I can."
House turned the sign in clip board around and dropped a pen on it.

"All right, Jake." He says, deliberately using the wrong name. "What seems to be the trouble?"

Hosue stands and unlocks the drug cabinent, doles out two days worth of pain killers. "This is a clinic, not a drug cartel. Pass the message along to your friends." Hosue tossed him the bottle.

"So as soon as you leave we'll be flooded with imbeciles who would rather wait a few hours then get proper treatment? Wonderful."

"It's your clinic, really. I wouldn't want to kick you." It's not like you spend much time here anyway she thought to herself.

"Have you ever seen a play? It's kind of like that. Only...different. Come here. Bring a chair." He scooted his chair over a bit to make room behind the desk for another person.

"It shows play's? How do they fit people in there?"

He turns it on, and turns it toward her.

((I think fade to black. We've lost our charries to the TV gods.))
