I wish to thank you for the ministrations of you and your staff last night. Your treatments have left me feeling much sounder of body, which I greatly appreciate.

P.S. I work at Perkolator, the coffee house off campus, and my boss wanted to let you know that she can have coffee delivered to you and the clinic if you so wish. The coffee would be subject to the usual prices, but delivery would be gratis. Please let her know if you are interested.

Coffee. From a coffee house. He could definitely live with that, and makes a note for Lisa to contact the owner to see what can be arranged.
