Fandom Clinic; Thursday [01/12].

Libby sure hoped that there weren't any dire medical emergencies that day, because she was terribly distracted, and probably would be until after around lunchtime. Probably after lunch, too, if she was honest, but the lead-up to it was going to be worse. It was probably sort of silly for her to feel sort of nervous and excited about it, but if Kurt came in to have lunch with her like he usually did, it would be their first time having lunch together as....well, as a couple. And she didn't know anything about worldly dating, so she had no idea what would be expected of her, or what was supposed to be different about it, and she almost thought about asking the nurses, but she'd been working here long enough to know that this would be a move she would instantly regret.

So she just tried to focus on her clinic work and her studies, although she'd get to the end of a page and realized that she couldn't remember a word of what she'd just supposedly read. With a sigh, she turned her attention toward Stabby and his tank, knowing he was usually up to something interesting, but apparently, he'd been pretty distracted, too. One of the night nurses had gotten Chinese take-out, and, naturally, he loved to to crack open the fortune cookies. She should probably take the initiative to clean out all the broken pieces of cookies and scraps of paper, but he seemed pretty attached to one of them. In fact, it almost looked like he was trying to figure it out or make sense of it, so she was just going to leave him to pondering the mysteries of his fortune cookie fortune while going back and attempting to make progress on her studies.

The Clinic is open!
