It had been a while since Martha had had to take care of a shift in the clinic. She was sad about losing good people, but she was excited about the new ones who had come on board, and she found herself looking forward to the arrival of even more people to the island. She could swear she wasn't half as excited as the nurses though, judging from the pitch and speed at which they were talking. It was nice to have some things remain constant.
