FTEC, Thursday August 6
Simon had been quite relieved when the sleeping patients in Town Hall had woken up, and now he really didn't mind a quiet day at the clinic.
And then the nurses decided they wanted him to play poker with them. Protesting was futile, it turned out, and the stares he got seemed lethal. In the end, he had to surrender.
At least that made the nurses happy. Simon was terrible at poker.
