The episode of Hearts 'n' Scapels with the demonic possession was playing in the front lobby. It might not have been in the best taste, but Christian couldn't help it after reading over the reports from the weekend. Demonic-induced coma? Demonic-induced massive hemorrhaging? Christian had been called a demon by more than one woman, but even after being in Fandom for so long he had a hard time believing in them. That punk kid who looked like him and who claimed to be a demon was probably just trying to impress his girlfriend. Boyfriend. Whichever.

When Meg wasn't with Dean or at the dorms checking up on Hunter, she was sitting in the lobby flipping through an old magazine. One from her dorm. Hospital magazines suck.

Before leaving the Perk Isabel had picked up and extra mocha and an extra hot chocolate and headed over to the clinic. "Hey," she said when saw Meg in the lobby. "Just the person I was looking for."

"Hey," Meg said, sitting her magazine aside. She eyed the cups in Isabel's hand. "Please tell me one of those are for me."

"One extra large mocha with extra whipped cream for you, and one hot chocolate with extra whipped cream for the patient," Isabel replied as she held the mocha out. "I've spent enough time sitting here myself. I figured you could use it."

"Thank you," Meg said, taking the mocha. "I'm sure Dean could use the hot chocolate."

"I figured as much. How's he doing?" she asked.

"He's still in pretty bad shape but I think he's trying to figure out a way to escape the clinic the first chance he gets," Meg said. "He's feeling kind of guilty about Alec too."

"I don't blame him. I was able to deal with it when everyone was sick, but in general I hate hospitals. I couldn't imagine being a patient," Isabel shuddered. "What happened exactly? I only heard radio's version. A demon possessed Alec?"

"Yeah. The demon used Alec to get close to them," she said. "If Dawn hadn't woken up from her coma they would have never known it was him until it was too late."

Isabel shook her head sadly, remember the previous year when they'd had to deal with Bel and the Source. "That sucks. For both of them."

"He's gone now. Alec is," Meg said sadly. "Dean's pretty upset about it."

"Damn. I wish he would have stuck around," she replied. "Not just for Dean's sake, but for his own. I'd think having your friends around would help."

Meg nodded in agreement. "I prefer having people around. Unfortunately most people would rather be alone."

"Not me," Isabel admitted. "There's stuff that's happened? The only thing that got me through it were my friends. If I hadn't had Jack and Parker? God, I'd probably be a basketcase at this point."

"Yeah, me too," she said. "Even when I ran from Neptune I picked a school where I had at least one friend already there."

"And then you made more," Isabel said with a smile.

"So what are you doing on Saturday?"

Meg shrugged. "Nothing yet, why?"

"It's Wyatt's birthday," she explained. "And I'm in the process of setting up a party at Fast Eddie's. But I was wondering if you could help me with a cover story."

"Sure," Meg said, smiling. "I'd be happy to help."

"Excellent," Isabel grinned. "Here's what I was thinking..."
