Crossing his arms, Wilson looked around the clinic and smiled, perhaps a bit wistfully, to himself.

When I first came to Fandom, I worked with House at the school's dedicated clinic but slowly realized that people in town needed access to medical care as well. Also, it worked out well since things between House and I were ... strained, after we broke up so it was better not to strain the work environment too much."
Shaking his head a bit at memories of that utter debacle, Wilson wrinkled his nose and then looked back around the room with an expression of subdued pride.
"So, I worked with the mayor at the time and set this place up. Lived upstairs for a couple of months, before Aziraphale was called away and I went with him."
