Tommy was at his desk, complaining about football teams.

He may or may not have been talking to someone else.

After a far, far too long phone conversation with Janet, Tommy sat down at his desk and tried to distract himself.

Not dirty, omg.
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
Tommy? At his desk. He was watching TV and trying to find some kind of reality programming that didn't make him want to shoot himself in the head.

FTEC, Wed day

Tommy was at his desk reading the sports section and muttering about football teams.
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
Tommy was at his desk.

He looked like a man who was reciting the twelve steps over and over in an effort to make sure he remembered them.

At least he had work for a distraction.

[ooc: wait for OCD Up!]
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
Tommy was at his desk, smoking a cigarette per usual.

FTEC, Wednesday day

Tommy was at his desk.

After hours of being stuck inside and unable to smoke yesterday, he was cheerfully going through a pack of cigarettes right now.

FTEC, Saturday night

Saturday, August 26th, 2006 07:45 pm
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
After spending most of Wednesday... and Thursday... and a good chunk of Friday stuck in the bathroom, Tommy had decided that it really was a good idea not to eat anything with Cox's name on it ever again.

He was currently sitting at his desk, smoking a cigarette, and drinking a lot of water.

When Tommy got into the clinic that morning he noticed there was a pan of fudge in the fridge that said 'Property of Dr. Cox. Do not eat.'

Oh yeah. That was going to last.

Tommy threw the sign away and helped himself.

FTEC, Saturday night

Saturday, August 19th, 2006 08:08 pm
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
Tommy came in to his clinic shift in a foul mood.

Well, fouler than normal.

The personal ads someone had placed for him? Let's just say Tommy now knew what "hermaphrodite" meant.

Of course this made revenge fairly easy.

As he placed an ad in return, he wondered if Cox knew what "beastiality" meant.

FTEC, Wednesday

Wednesday, August 16th, 2006 09:34 am
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
Tommy came into the clinic muttering near-constantly about things Oliver Stone could do to himself, most of which were anatomically impossible.

Then he checked his voice mail and found quite a few offers for similar acts to be performed on himself.

Actually, some of those chicks sounded hot.

Tommy debated this.

FTEC, Saturday night

Saturday, August 12th, 2006 08:13 pm
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
Summer time was a good time for ice cream.

Tommy was nothing if not appreciative of summertime traditions, so he bought enough ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and cherries to feed an army.

If he happened to take all of that food out of its containers and dump it into Cox's locker.... well, maybe the freezer was full.

These things happened.

FTEC, Wednesday

Wednesday, August 9th, 2006 09:06 am

Tommy was cleaning out rotten fish from his locker.

He was also swearing loudly and plotting revenge.

FTEC, Saturday night

Tommy? Was himself.

Tommy was also replacing Cox's personal coffee stash with tobacco.

One might argue that this was a waste of perfectly good tobacco.

This is why Tommy had bought the cheap stuff.

FTEC, Wednesday

Wednesday, August 2nd, 2006 10:17 am

Tommy was out of smokes.

Well, except for the many, many packs he kept in his locker. He was a fireman, he liked to be prepared.

So when he got out a pack, went to his desk, and lit up he was prepared for a nice, relaxing, cancer-causing kind of day.

Then he tasted what was in the cigarette.

Someone had secretly replaced Tommy's tobacco with Folger's Crystals.

Oh yeah, Tommy noticed.

"COX!" he screamed, then vowed to get revenge.

FTEC, Saturday Night

Saturday, July 29th, 2006 08:19 pm
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
Tommy was busy on the phone.

"Do you want me to bring up your baptism again? Because I will. You owe me... Okay, yeah, the whole sleeping with your mom thing but - this is a good cause! Because I say so. Because he... beat up some... blind... puppy which, um - look, can you just give him the same thing you gave Janet's boyfriend? The thing with his credit in the toilet and that computer virus?

"It's gonna cost how much? Oh you little - next time I'm in New York you and me are going to talk about rates. Family discount, that's all I'm saying.

"Yeah, yeah. By this Monday? Yes, I'll pay, you little punk.

"Uh-huh, hi to your mom from me. Thanks."

Tommy hung up with a satisfied smile. Teach Cox to mess with him.

It hadn't taken long for Tommy to shake the nurse down - not literally - to find out who had put his truck on the roof.

Getting the truck off the roof was another matter entirely.

Tommy kept making phone calls, all the while plotting his revenge.

FTEC Wednesday Day

FTEC, Sunday night

Sunday, July 16th, 2006 06:37 pm
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
Tommy stood in the doorway of the clinic and kept his eye out for trouble. Supposedly things got bad when the sun went down which - hey - not surprising. 'course the clinic had those three hot chicks wave their arms and chant or whatever it was they did (Tommy mostly paid attention to their outfits) so in theory nobody could get hurt while they were inside.

Good for the patients, mildly frustrating for Tommy and his temper.

[ooc: wait for OCD OCD is up. Check into the lobby thread when arriving. Incoming patients may be taken care of by Tommy or the nurse, who is being modded by the oh so awesome V tonight. Give her love and cookies.]

Tommy? So not in a good mood.

Okay not that he ever was, but an inability to take care of his temper via 1) Drinking or 2) Loud swearing was not helping matters.

He nodded with approval when he saw the sign that Alanna put up. After thinking about it, he added:

And when I find out who did this I am taking their balls and FEEDING THEM TO THE TRASH COMPACTOR

He started smoking and keeping an eye out for trouble.

[ooc: As always, for patients coming to FTEC 6pm or later Fandom time.]

Tommy sat at his desk and smoked a cigarette.

Okay, he was also doodling rude and possibly anatomically impossible things all over Dr. Cox's paperwork.

But he was smoking while he did it.

FTEC, Saturday Night

The internet truly was a marvelous thing.

Sick of the look on statue-Faithful's face, he put an FDNY baseball cap over him.

FTEC, Friday day

Tommy went down into the clinic to take over Alanna's shift. As he sorted through the mail he found a free sample of stickers advertising the importance of regular checkups.

Since he was bored, he stuck them to the statue of Alanna and Faithful.

FTEC, Wednesday Day

Wednesday, June 21st, 2006 10:32 am

Tommy came downstairs to find the statue of Alanna and Faithful right where it had been left.

He sighed, rolled his eyes, then got to making a chain of paper rings to hang off of it.

Maybe he was cutting up paper that the clinic actually needed, maybe not.

FTEC, Saturday Night

Saturday, June 17th, 2006 09:06 pm
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
Tommy walked into the lobby and saw the statue of Alanna and Faithful.

"What in the chocolate-covered crispy Christ?"

He sighed. He tapped Alanna on the forehead. No response.

"Great. Just great. I hope you don't expect to get paid for the days you're slacking off like this."

He went to his desk and put up a note that Alanna's shifts would need to be covered for as long as she was standing there doing nothing.

FTEC, Saturday Night

Tommy stood under the overhanging outside of FTEC, smoking a cigarette. As he stood there thick, wet plops of something started falling from the sky.

Curious, he stuck a hand out to catch a drop and tasted it. He then spit it out with a look of disgust.

"Oh, great," he said, pitching his finished cigarette down onto the ground. "Second coming of the Lord and it's fig."

Anybody watching him would have then seen him turn to somebody unseen inside the clinic and say "You shut up, pal."

Tommy went back inside to start his shift.

FTEC, Saturday Night

Saturday, June 3rd, 2006 09:10 pm

Tommy did a quick check on the patients, then settled down at his desk.

Watch TV, or do paperwork? Hmm.

He turned on ESPN and started rooting for whichever team he didn't want to punch directly in the face.

FTEC Wednesday Day

Wednesday, May 31st, 2006 10:05 am

Huh, that show Save Yourself was starting its third season soon. He'd have to remember to watch.

FTEC, Wednesday day

Three chicks called the Furies had showed up at an ungodly hour of the morning and done... something. Supposedly it kept anyone, demons or human, from doing violence in the clinic.

Tommy figured he'd believe that when he saw it.

On the upside, it did not prevent him from smoking a cigarette as he read the paper.

[ooc: From now on, FTEC is protected by the same sanctuary spell that Caritas has. Anyone who tries to harm somebody else will find themselves magically transported out of the clinic and sent somewhere else in town.]

No prize for guessing which won.

Yeah, he was watching wrestling right now. What of it?

Tommy did a quick check on all the patients - that Tyler kid still wasn't looking good, but comparatively speaking he was starting to look better - and then settled down at his desk to do the very important job of reading the sports section.

[ooc: OCD threads are up. I'll be at work most of the day so Tommy might be on slowplay. Comment notification is turned off for all you visiting types ;) . If you need Tommy, ping him in his thread. Need me, ping in the OOC thread. Thanks!]

Tommy checked on Tyler when he showed up for his shift. Poor kid. Burns were a bitch and a half to deal with.

He made sure Tyler was comfortable, then took a seat by his desk.

FTEC, Wednesday day shift

Tommy was at his desk and smoking a cigarette.

For once he wasn't bitching about the Nets.

Though he did still hate them. You know, on principle.

FTEC, Wednesday day

Wednesday, May 3rd, 2006 08:17 am

Tommy was at his desk. His list of things the Nets could do to themselves now involved rusty spoons and battery acid.

He muttered under his breath about this. With great length and graphic detail.

Tommy? Not overly fond of prom night. Whole lotta kids doing a whole lotta stupid stuff. He stood in the doorway of the clinic, chain-smoking, and hoped like hell he wouldn't see anybody.

FTEC, Wednesday day

Wednesday, April 19th, 2006 08:13 am

Tommy was at his desk, muttering dire words about certain basketball games.

Possibly it was to himself.

[ooc: Boss was supposed to be away all day. Changed his mind. If responses come slowly, that's why.]
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
"Oh for the love of Christ," Tommy said as he took in how many beds were full. "This is not a God damn hotel! You kids need to stop playing with the lighter fluid or whatever it is you do for fun."

Having given the benefit of his wisdom, Tommy sulked off to his desk.

[ooc: OCD threads coming Threads are up! Ping Tommy in the lobby if you need him, otherwise I might not see.]
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
Tommy took his shift in his usual up with people kind of manner. Lilly and Allie were still around. Lilly was still dead which Tommy assumed meant something good. Allie -

Tommy felt bad about Allie.

Hard to judge that by his demeanor though.
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
"What in the caramel chocolate Christ is it with these God damn tiny rabbits?" Tommy asked when he came in for his clinic duty. He tried to kick them but only got wee tiny hugs on his shoes in return. "If I find out which one of those God damn high school kids brought them in here I will pull their lower lips up over their face."

The wee tiny bunnies ignored him and continued hugging his shoes.

Tommy sighed and started his shift.

[ooc: OCD threads on their God damn way up. If you're here to visit a patient, consider yourself handwaved in. Tommy's player is a mite busy tonight so can only do FTEC stuff. He'll be available for general hanging out and shooting the breeze purposes on another night.]
[identity profile] ladder62.livejournal.com
After checking on Lilly Kane to see that - yep, she was still dead - Tommy parked himself at his desk with a cigarette and the day's paper.
