The first thing Addison did when she arrived in the morning no really was to make certain everything was in order, in case any of the guests on the island wanted a tour of the facilities.

That done, she busied herself at the front desk, wanting to put forth a strong sense of professionalism for any visitors.

Addison was totally around all day, srsly made it to the clinic on time for her shift, a bright smile on her face that didn't seem to be fading.

The nurses suspected chemical reasons; in truth, if she stopped smiling, Addison thought she might start screaming at the island.

"Thanks, Mark, I just wanted to-" Addison paused. "No, Mark, this is not some secret attempt to invite you down for a booty call."

Perhaps Mark had been the wrong person to call to insure that Karev was still at Seattle Grace.

"Goodbye, Mark."

Addison was at the front desk, rolling her eyes at herself for her past choices in men.

Having settled in to her new routine -- and feeling desperately that she needed to find something else to occupy her time -- Addison relaxed at the front desk with the newest issues of her favorite medical journals. Every now and then, she jotted down some ideas on a notepad; surely the town could use some sort of women's health day?

She was around, anyway, for anyone who needed assistance.

[Meanwhile, I'm on SP; I work in an hour, and then I'm off to a play immediately after, but I will be around after... 8PM EST, I'd say?

[The OOC is off to work with me!]

Well, it wasn't quite Seattle Grace.

Addison took the opportunity when she arrived to look around the clinic. The very small clinic. She had to admit, it was upon seeing it that she had to say to herself that she really didn't know what she was getting herself into, here.

Still, once she'd familiarised herself with the layout, she settled down at the front desk and started paging through medical journals.

[I'm around all day, pending hurricane-induced power-outages -- but those are looking less likely. Feel free to show up and break Addison's brain!]
